I'm back!

Well after 2 months of not blogging, I'm back!! I think I've said this before but I always have good intentions to blog but somehow it's the one thing that keeps getting pushed from to do list to eventually not even making the list. In all honesty though it's the last thing on my mind after being in WA for two long visits, having a husband that travels non-stop, raising a turbo 15 month old who now is running everywhere, planning my sister's wedding, having a casted broken hand (don't ask) and now starting a business (Yes another one. Stay tuned for more from Piper Designs). I am sure some of my religious followers have lost faith in me but for those of you that haven't, I promise you...ok I can't promise...that I will make blogging a weekly priority. And this is especially for you Greg Carothers!!! Wink wink. :) Although I am not close to being caught up, I just devoted some serious time for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!!

First Jetski ride

As you can tell 1) it was cold out and 2) we obviously really trusted Bryan that he wouldn't dump Chase into the water. Hence why he's fully clothed.

Chase was so serious....

Soon after, we could hear him yelling with joy from the shore!!

My domestic peanut

Taking a breather after his snack before he starts his chores...

Sweeping away. This competes with vacuuming for his favorite chore.

Taking a quick break before he takes on all that laundry.

Welcome to the world Olivia Hansen!

I was so happy that while I was home my childhood best friend gave birth to her first born daughter, Olivia. She's such a precious peanut!

Chase meeting his future long distance girlfriend for the first time

Another visit with dinner delivery!

My home away from home

Every summer growing up my mom would drop us kids off at the golf course and we'd spend everyday from about 9:00 AM till most nights after dinner swimming in this pool (although it wasn't nearly this nice back then) and golfing. So many great memories here!!

Uncle Bryan and his buddy

Cool dude with his Poppi

Enjoying dinner with our good friends Ben and Shannon

Love this picture of Brayden, Brooks and Chase.
With daddy's both over 6'5", I don't forsee all three boys being able to fit on one chair together much longer.

The Tot Lot

When we visited WA we took Chase to the park where I spent countless hours playing at. So crazy to see it hadn't changed much in 20+ years.
Uncle Bryan loves to teach Chase what NOT to do!

Not really sure if this a look of disgust or sadness but obviously the horse
was doing nothing for him.

Weeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kid at heart!

Cute picture except for the fact that we came straight from working out and Dave's got that dang Deloitte shirt on. I'm thnking I might just burn it.

Introducing our Plus Size Wedding Model - Davalina

Hahahahaha sorry Dave but I have to blog about this. It's too funny not to. Plus you were such a trooper for even doing this so you have to get some recognition!
For one of my sister's bridal showers, I wanted to play the game Memory so I came up with the idea of attaching household items to a wedding dress large enough to fit Danny, Katie's fiance. The concept was that while the song played, Danny would walk around the room allowing people to memorize the items on the dress before the music stopped.

Although I set out to find a gaudy dress with ruffles and sleeves, I couldn't pass this up at Goodwull for $4.95!!! It was a size 22 which was large enough to fit both our model, Davalina and Danny. Funny how Dave acted so disgusted (note the facial expression in the first picture) but in the end happily was prancing around the house! Hahaha!!!
